Leonie Gross is a music industries professional that has acquired a myriad of skills over the past few years.
She comes from a multicultural background and has lived in several countries throughout the years which has expanded her cultural affinity and broadened her mindset. Even during Covid, she stayed resilient and motivated. Hence, she has learned to adapt to unknown environments and has the tenacity to take on new areas of expertise.
Leonie is presently working as a Label & Sales Coordinator at Edel Music & Entertainment. Before, she operated BACE Symphony+, a classical music marketing agency, a business that offers to produce tailored assets for its clients.

As marketing and promotion manager of Blue Moon Records, an independent small-scale Jazz record label located in Birmingham, England. The record label hosted a premiere on YouTube of their band “The Alfie Dean Quartet”.

Over the years, Leonie has picked up videography and editing skills, audio recording, photography, Electronic Press Kit creation, website creation and more.
Her skills enabled her to land a 2-month internship at Universal Music Malaysia, in the New Business department and a 3 months remote work placement at CAMI Music LLC as a social media manager and content creator meanwhile updating the Lord of the Rings in Concert website.
